Hello all dudical dude-face bucket heads. This is Gregorio and this is my first post on here. Life is going great, it's warming up around here. These days I eat a lot of candy and tacos and stuff, play a lot of Nintendo Wii, read cool books, cycling and skateboarding and football (when it's warm enough), and best of all hang out with Bunchie (Jenny N. Packer). When we have free time Jenny and I are designing our own board game, called "Victorian Risk", a 19th century European version of the classic game. We will put some pictures of it on here when we are done. Also, I try to listen to more Bob Marley these days so I don't get too stressed out with work and things.
We are making a lot of new friends but still miss the old crew and fam like crazy. So visitors are great but even better it is if people finally start to move out here. The best bet so far seems like the Sexy Rays and the Haueter brothers. But I had a dream last night that the Haueter bros moved in with their parents in DC and they had a pet cat that kept jumping on me and I was getting really mad, but then I woke up and it was time for Church.
Also that picture above was when Jenny was giving me my haircut and we didn't have a sheet to cover me so I just took a garbage bad and popped my head through it. Love you all and hope to see you all soon. Love, GP

Christmas time!

Christmas EVE was so fun. We made an Italian feast: breadsticks, chicken sausage meatballs w/ gnocchi, and asparagus. Then we had a little Christmas devotional.

For Christmas dinner the sister missionaries made us Korean food, and two of their investigators came who are both Chinese. The elders came too. It was so much fun. The older Chinese lady in the pictures is getting baptized on Jan 2nd, and Emily, the younger one, is a newer investigator who knows nothing about God. We are excited to help her and she is eager to learn. It was a wonderful Christmas.

This is Greg when he found out he didn't have work on Monday because of the snow... yeah I guess you could say he was excited!

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas....

Yes Folks, this is not a dream. We got over a foot of snow here yesterday! I LOVE it!! Greg is not as fond but I will be happy for a white Christmas. I really hope it doesn't all melt by then!!!! We can't really go anywhere unless we dig out our car. It's really funny because no one has snow shovels around here... we see people with brooms, cookie sheets, etc, trying to dig around their car. There aren't as many snow plows around here, so when it snows like this life pretty much just stops for everyonw. Everything closes, work and school get cancelled... but it's fun. :) However its probably not fun for people trying to fly in and out for Christmas since all the flights were cancelled.

Life is so sweeeeeeeeet

I just wanted to say that we are really happy out here in Virginia! There are so many wonderful nice people and so many uplifting missionary opportunities. It's hard to describe, but it's just really nice to be out here on our own and we feel really blessed. A miracle occurred for us that will allow me to finish my degree online through BYU Idaho so I am looking forward to starting school in January. We miss everyone (of course) but we are soooooo HAPPY and I have the most amazing sweet husband who always makes my happiness his first priority. We love the Lord and we love our little family :)

Update... finally!!!!

I realize that I haven't posted on the blog for a super long time, and mostly the reason is because I just updated my facebook with tons of pictures of what we have been doing lately. So for those of you on facebook, you have already seen these, but I wanted to put some pics on here too!! These are of Thanksgiving (we had the missionary's over), bike ride to some DC monuments, decorating for Christmas, and the gorgeous DC temple. :)
